**Want to be a part of our team?**
We are seeking an SOC Manager for our client's Cloud Solutions Team within an Insurance domain and in this role you will be an escalation point for L1/L2/L3 support teams. This will be a 3 month contract and it is fully remote.
**Working at NTT**
- L1/L2/L3 teams will all report into SOC Manager and there will be 3 different teams in total
- All incidents will be dealt with out of MS Sentinel
- Whilst owning the function, you will not be responsible for any triaging, hence you will work as a functional lead than a technical lead
- Major incidents: - You will be the conduit between teams and vendors, hence you will coordinate responses.
- Role is 24 x 7 but L2 is 8am till 5pm (L2 is on call after hours)
- SOC Manager role will be the point of escalation 24 hours a day 7 days a week
