We make really incredible skincare and are looking for a talented Commerce Graduate (or currently studying) to join our team based in Silverwater.

This role can be either 3-4 days per week (we are flexible on the days) and you will be responsible for supporting our Director with a range of activities across marketing, product planning, new product releases, pricing and operations. You will be the go-to for our Director; providing smart, commercial support responsible for driving growth for the business revenue across all sales channels, whilst optimizing conversions and aligning business goals with operational performance. This is an exciting role for an individual that enjoys a balance of commercial and creative in their work.

In addition to having strong commercial acumen, you will have a strong interest in skincare and be able to discuss the various beauty markets/channels around the world plus chat about skincare/beauty brands (and products) that are your absolute favourites.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Coordination of new product releases with the various internal teams to ensure smooth and effective rollouts.
- Implement and manage a new customer attraction and retention strategies across the various sales channels.
- New product planning, market analysis and data creation to make commercially savvy business recommendations.
- Liaising with suppliers on new raw materials and supporting data to create beautiful new and clinically effective products.
- Margin analysis and pricing recommendations.
- Plan and identify high performing product, marketing and market opportunities.
- Coordinate our Creative and Operational teams to ensure customer deliverables are maintained and exceeded.
- Liaise with our Operational teams to ensure new product roll out is smooth, agile and to budget.
- Marketing activations including trade and retail.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor Degree (or currently studying) in Commerce/Business related field with a strong understanding of marketing, product and digital channels.
- Experience in customer service.
- Interest and understanding of analytics - data is our best friend (behind our customers and incredible skincare of course).

This role is based in Silverwater and is not available to be completed remotely.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Graduate
Part-time hours: 22-30 per week
