**The Company**

**The Role**
The function of this position is to support an established team of Project Managers who manage the construction and fit out of commercial and industrial clients/long term tenants of the facilities. In more detail the Project Administrator will;
- Liaise and manage consultants and contractors who design and deliver the projects
- Assist with all contract compliance by the aforementioned consultants and contractors
- Process all contract correspondence that may refer to variations, RFI, EOT and site instructions
- Assist the PM with project cost reports; account reconciliation, purchase orders, invoice approval etc
- Project document management
**The Requirements**
- A relevant tertiary qualification (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture)
- A current valid Victorian driver’s licence
- At least 2 years in a project administration role in commercial or industrial construction
