**Rostering Coordinator (Casual)**

Grace Recovery Hub, a fast-growing, registered **NDIS provider** dedicated to supporting mental health and community well-being, is seeking a **Rostering Coordinator** to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for students or individuals looking for part-time work that involves engaging in various office-related tasks and scheduling responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage staff rosters and schedules to ensure optimal coverage for all shifts.
- Coordinate shift changes and cover any gaps in scheduling through timely communication.
- Handle a high volume of phone calls to manage rostering requirements and provide support to staff.
- Collaborate with team members to address urgent rostering issues.
- Assist with general office tasks to support day-to-day operations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone manner.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with rostering or scheduling software is a plus.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work on-site as needed.
