**About the centre**
Casey RACE is the premier Health and Fitness Facility in City of Casey. The centre houses a Health Club, 2 Group Fitness Rooms, a creche, Indoor 50m Pool, Indoor Warm Water Pool, Spa/Sauna/Steam Room, 2 large Water Slides and on site Café. RACE on average has 3500+ members and 2400 Swim Lessons students. The centre receives over 1 million visits annually.

**About the role**
As a Lifeguard Coordinator, you will lead, inspire and motivate team members to ensure delivery of programs and services meet and exceed standards. You will:

- People Leadership: build a culture of learning, provide regular and clear feedback, identify and nurture future leaders, oversee recruitment and rostering
- Maximise Customer Experience: Ensure safe, positive and professional experiences, oversee customer bookings, enquiries and feedback
- Administration: Deliver programs within budgets and with consideration to KPIs, complete regular reporting, manage stock and inventory

This role is 38 hours per week on a flexible, rotating roster across our hours of operation.

This is a Full Time position, with a salary of $57k per annum + Superannuation + Benefits.

**About you**

You will an experienced leader, ideally with a background in aquatics. Additionally, you will:

- Be approachable and personable, with a customer focused approach to your work
- Have the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Think creatively with a proactive and solution focused approach
- Strong communication and training skills will be required to roll out new and modified procedures
- Be passionate about leadership and developing staff

**Essential Qualifications**
- First Aid certificate
- CPR certificate
- Pool Lifeguard Skill Set
