We are currenting looking for a **Program Reporting Advisor** in our Brisbane Infrastructure team to help one of our top clients. This role is a key position is providing support to the stakeholders and developing high level portfolio reporting process for the project.

**Job Description**:

- Perform monthly reporting and briefings to stakeholders
- Consolidation and analysis of portfolios performance
- Develop and implement portfolio reporting processes
- Provide high-level advice on overall portfolio performance, status, risk and issues
- Assisting with identification and articulating trends including escalation of key issues / risk to appropriate stakeholders for decision making
- Work with key stakeholders across the business

**Qualifications**:

- Must be in Australia with full working rights.
- Tertiary degree in relevant discipline
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, including report writing and delivering presentations.
- Program/Portfolio Manaagement experience, preferrable in the infrastructure sector.
- Excellent documentation control management
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Key stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to work with significant autonomy but can maintain highly effective relationships across various teams
- Accountable for accuracy and completeness of information
