**The Advisor Financial Analysis assists in the provision of innovative financial data analytics and insights through modern reporting systems and solutions to support delivery of QCS's strategic objectives in the most efficient, effective and economical manner. A key focus of the role is to support financial analysis, financial systems and reporting mechanisms and functions.

In this role, you will:
Assist in the management of the department's budgetary systems and tools.
Support the delivery of financial and business data analytics.
Support the integrity of data on the Department's financial management and costing systems and produce reports from these systems as required.
Using software packages including SAP, Power BI, MS Access and Excel, participate in the development of management reports to enable management to obtain clear and concise information from financial management and costing systems.
Respond to requests for financial information from managers and senior officers.
Prepare journals for allocation as required.
Download monthly financial data and transactions from SAP into Financial reporting systems which include Power BI, MS Access and Excel.
Upload fortnightly payroll employee files from Aurion payroll system into financial reporting systems.
Preparation of financial reports.
Delivery of finance and systems training.
