**The Company**:
Sharp and Carter Technology Brisbane are working with a Queensland State Government department to source a Program Advisor. This department ensures that a critical function of Queensland infrastructure is accessible and user friendly for all it's customers.
**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the development and maintenance of Cloud and Mainframe strategies, policies, plans, frameworks, standards, procedures, guidelines, roadmaps, briefing papers and other artefacts as required.
- Work with key stakeholders to reduce the program and project risks within the department.
- Critically analyse the current Information project/program governance risk and compliance processes and tools in line with current best practice.
- Support Program and Project general administration.
- Contribute to the preparation of accurate and timely reports, gathering status updates from business stakeholders and governance committees, preparing high quality drafts for final review within timeframes as input to monitoring the performance of the program of work
- Building strong relationships and establish networks with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of ICM Lifecycle Program activities.
- Current and varied experience across public and private sector is highly desirable.
