**Position Title**:Off-Plan Property Consultant

**Location**: Parramatta, NSW

**Opportunity To Earn (OTE)**: $300,000+

As a Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth by delivering tailored property solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining productive client relationships, participating in investment seminars, and cultivating strong partnerships with mortgage brokers and accountants to achieve mutual success.

Kandeal operates as a master agency with a network platform spanning Southeast QLD, Sydney, and Melbourne, overseeing over 50 projects across four states.

This is a rare opportunity to join a Market-Leading Network Platform specialising in brand-new and off-the-plan sales for premium developments across Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and offer suitable property solutions.
- Maintain ongoing client engagement throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to settlement.
- Stay informed about company projects, services, and competitor offerings to facilitate detailed client comparisons.
- Collaborate with network partners to generate client referrals and promote a strong sales and service culture with high ethical standards.
