**The Role**

A Property Claims Consultant is the core of our claims experience and everything they do has the potential to make things better for our customers. Our consultants need to be available to assist our customers in their time of need creating closer relationships, being braver in exploring the best options for our customers and be able to work fast and efficiently to ensure a smooth and seamless process for Home and Landlord Property Claims.

The role will start on November 14th and requires full flexibility to work a rotating roster between 8:30am and 8pm, Monday to Friday. The role will predominantly work from home role however you will be required to work in the local office several times each month. To Work from Home, you will need: High speed internet connection and a private home office set up.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Decision making - Researching, analysing and investigating information provided by our customers and supplier network to validate and assess property insurance claims. Liaising with suppliers and repairers to ensure replacements and work are carried out in a timely manner
- Processing - Managing the settlement of Home & Landlord claims and ensuring individual and teamwork lists are maintained up to date. Clear and concise records are to be kept of every interaction with our customers.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous work experience in a customer facing, service-oriented role
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Prior exposure to insurance claims handling systems and procedures (desirable)
- A passion for customer service and an ability to work autonomously in a work from home environment
