** As a Junior Service Technician, you will**:

- Training in servicing and repair of AAES product range
- Supporting the installations, repair and maintenance of the BSI product range
- Work under the direction of a Service technician, performing tasks as directed
- Liasing with customers in a professional manner
- Under supervision, operate hand tools and other equipment necessary to complete the work
- Use as instructed, appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Safe Working Methods (SWMS) that have been identified on the Hazard Analysis for the department/role
- Attend and participate in all Toolbox meetings, required training, audits and other programs as required
- Report all safety incidents, hazards and risks, providing documentation and photos
- Comply with AAES Values and Behaviours, Policies and other requirements at all times
