Our customer service officers are passionate about creating awesome experiences and building strong relationships within the community at our Epping location.

**About the role**

Working a flexible roster across 7 days between the hours of 11:00AM and 9:30PM, Customer Service Officers act as the first point of contact for our customers.

**About you**

You are self-motivated and have a passion for customer satisfaction. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem solving. Your superior customer service and admin skills along with your ability to build rapport with people will see you excel in this role

You will also come with the following
- Current CPR certificate
- Previous experience in administration/customer service role (desirable)

**Recreation**

Our Recreation Team is a close-knit community of energetic people-people, with a passion for staying active and helping others. From our Duty Managers and Customer Service Officers, to our Instructors and Coordinators, the team are responsible for transforming our 24 Recreation Centres into warm, inclusive and safe spaces - providing access to health, fitness and recreation opportunities for those who need it most.
