The Opportunity
Due to continued growth and operational requirements, we're on the lookout for a Customer Service & Data Entry to join our fast-paced Melbourne team based at the Epping Markets.

This is a permanent role (40 hours per week), with rostered hours spanning Monday to Friday between 3:00am and 3:00pm. Flexibility with hours is available—and yes, early starts mean early finishes

What You'll Be Doing
You'll play vital role in keeping our warehouse operations runnign smoothly, with key responsibilities including:

  • Fast and accurate order entry

  • Invoicing and dispatch coordination

  • Customer communication and support

  • Organising delivery runs for our drivers

  • Advising on product availability

  • Providing general admin and office support

What We're Looking For
You're someone who's organised, detail-focused and thrives in a busy, team environment. You'll also bring:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Great communication skills and a proactive attitude

  • Experience with the 'Fresh' system (highly regarded, but not essential – we'll train you)

  • Flexibility to adjust your hours during busy periods or when covering for team leave
