**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Customer Service** **Manager** based in **Epping.**This position involves leading our collaborative Customer Service Team - reporting to the Retail Manager.

This is a **FULL TIME** role.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Telephone customer service and sales
- Managing a diverse team of Customer Service Officers
- Supervising the allocation of sales enquiries
- Ensuring efficient staff resources are available to cover work load
- Ensuring sales orders are processed to an accurate and timely standard
- Completing accurate pricing estimates and customer proposals
- Assisting with the preparation and response to tender documents
- Production of reports in line with agreed KPI’s
- Compliance with Stratco’s safety and other policies

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in a similar customer service management role, ideally within building or manufacturing industries
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Strong people management skills
- Aptitude for product use in the trade and retail environments
- Relentless approach to ensuring the customers’ needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Highly organised with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
