**About Our Client**:

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Temporary Payroll Officer to join their dynamic team for a temporary contract.

As a Temporary Payroll Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end payroll functions, including data entry, reconciliations, payroll adjustments, and compliance with relevant regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Accurately input payroll data, including timesheets, new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and deductions, into the payroll system.
- Perform reconciliations of payroll-related accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Calculate and process various payroll adjustments, such as overtime, bonuses, commissions, and benefits.
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure accurate employee data and smooth payroll operations.

**The Successful Applicant**:
To be successful applicant, you will have:

- Experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role
- Solid understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and employment legislation.
- Proficient in using payroll software and systems
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
