- Providing sound and ethical advice concerning the appropriate conservation of the historic environment.- Regularly communicating with the regional heritage consultancy team, including reporting to a designated line manager.- Managing workload to meet deadlines.- Preparing and contributing to thorough, concise and well-structured heritage reports.- Occasional travel throughout Australia, including supporting colleagues in our Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart and remote working with our Hong Kong studios.- Contribute to the seamless running and delivery of all projects to the highest standards.- Support with planning and project management of projects, with an understanding of profitability.- Ability to work with autonomy and as a member of a project team.- Support and maintain client relationships - maintain open, honest, transparent relationship with client teams and consultants.- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with minimum 5 years post graduate experience.- Experience preparing Heritage Impact Statements and supporting design teams.- Experience contributing to conservation management plans and other heritage reports.- Ability to work independently and within a team, as per the requirements of any project.- Excellent time management skills and ability to work within a budget.- Agility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.- Excellent communication, particularly writing in a clear and concise manner.- Curiosity and commitment to continued professional development.-
