We are seeking a highly motivated Team Assistant to join and support the Pop-Up & Advertising Sales Team. Supporting seven Executives, you’ll help ensure smooth roll out of booked Pop Up & Advertising, and assist with prospecting of potential new clients. You will get hands on experience across our NSW retail centres in this varied role, with lots of potential for career development and growth.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Processing of purchase orders and invoicing to include debt management.
- Assisting the team with a range computer and office based administrative tasks
- Arranging meetings, preparation of minutes, agendas, and reports
- Collect and manage files, records, correspondence, and project information for easy retrieval.
- Diary management, travel bookings, stationery orders, typing formal correspondence, corporate expenses and organisation of approvals.
- Provide a welcoming and helpful interface between the team and key stakeholders
- Outstanding communication skills utilised to liaise clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Arrange, book and confirm meetings as requested and ensure that schedules are amended or rebooked to ensure all required stakeholders are available and present.
- Assist executives and management with presentations using your attention to detail to ensure all information is checked, accurate and prepared by set deadlines etc.
**About You**
- Possess experience in an administrative support role within a fast-paced team environment
- Be highly organised, energetic, and strong sense of initiative and a proactive approach
- Ideally possess demonstrated experience using SAP systems
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Have strong levels of attention to detail and committed to achieving quality outcomes
- Be approachable and flexible
- Microsoft suite skills advantageous
