We are partnering closely with a well known real estate brand located in
**Preston**. We are currently searching for someone to join the team in a newly created role, Head of Growth who will be reporting directly to the principal.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking someone with practical skills, ability to work autonomously, switched on and the ability to embrace our client's philosophies. Someone with good technological skills, a good attitude and a great communicator. Full training will be provided.

You will be responsible for collecting all data relating to Business Operations, Sales Data and Property Management Data. You will also be responsible for setting targets for each team and monitoring targets, chairing meetings, ability to grow the business through people and culture including recruitment strategies.
- Sales data, performance data, statistics
- Track agency growth
- Set targets for sales and PM teams
- Manage targets
- Working closely with the heads of departments
- Responsible for recruitment (job ads, head hunting, interviewing)
- Work closely with the principle to ensure the business is running smoothly and discuss potential for sales and team growth
- Lead by example, motivate the team & encourage them to succeed
- Oversee and implement strategies & procedures
- Investigate and manage escalated issues with your team and external clientele
- Provide ongoing mentoring & training to areas of need
- Working within the Leadership Team to ensure profitability and growth
- Analysing & preparing budgets for your department
- You will have a seat at the table Your opinion will be highly regarded
- Managing and co-ordinating teams
- including managing the workflow and pipeline
- Calendar management
- Other duties as required
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of administration procedures and systems
- Understand what is necessary for an Agency to elevate to the next level

**Qualifications**:

- Real Estate Certification/License
- Prior experience within the real estate industry (desired)
