The Role

Located in the heart of the north, our Ray White Preston office is entering a significant growth spurt. Consistently awarded within the Top 10 Ray White Offices in Victoria/Tasmania, our office demands quality and dedication from our staff. With that in mind, we have limited available intakes for a Sales Personal Assistant to onboard with us.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to commence or further their career in real estate with endless growth opportunities along the way. Many of our previously appointed Sales PA's are now enjoying great success and growth thriving as Senior Sales Agents. This could be you.

Skills
  • Be proficient with Gmail Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Must hold an Agents Representative Certificate
  • Hold a current Victorian Drivers License and have a reliable car
  • Accustomed in high level of attention to detail
  • Self-disciplined, team orientated and ability to work independently
  • Outstanding communication, time management, multitasking, negotiating and prioritisation skills
