**The Client**:
Our client for this position is a Melbourne based funds management organisation, following expansion within the organisation they currently have a requirement for a Knowledge Management Analyst to join their Global Infrastructure department.

**The Role**:
As the Knowledge Management Analyst will support the collection and production of knowledge collateral in the organisations Global Infrastructure Team. While also developing a strong understanding of the organisation’s infrastructure business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely analysis on key trends, emerging issues and tactical opportunities.
- Support appropriate capture of information on the team community site.
- Support data integrity and knowledge harvest for the infrastructure team’s deal activities.
- Synthesise information and data in a variety of written, verbal and visual formats.
- Identify and fill gaps in data capture processes, including spot checks, periodic reviews and reporting on omissions.
- Produce and disseminate reports to leadership at required cadence.
- Support development of insight on deal activities, including market trends and current pipeline.
- Work with internal teams to understand investment objectives, talking points and questions that need answering.

**Required Skills & Specialisms**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sector research and analysis, preferably within a global organisation.
- Relevant Tertiary level qualifications in Information Management, Market Research, Social Sciences or Economics.
- General Business and Markets acumen, and capacity to build knowledge of Infrastructure business.
- Understanding of the way information is used within organisations, particularly knowledge sharing platforms.
- Supportive mindset, communication and writing skills.
- Ability to source, aggregate and repackage information and data from a variety of sources and produce insightful deliverables in a variety of formats.
- Research report design and generation Excel, Word and other tools.
- Experience using research tools or industry databases.
