For their Melbourne-based team, my client is desperately seeking a Tech Analyst.
Job Description:
- Partners with Solution Designer and Solution Architect to define and articulate technical requirements and identify capability gaps.
- Partners with Product Owner to validate requirements and priority and ensure alignment to value
- Partners with the Product Owner, Engineers and squad members to uncover dependencies and validate boundaries and sequencing of User Stories
- Collaborates with Product Owners and Engineers to translate business requirements into workable technology outcomes for the squads, by understanding needs, feasibility and impact.
- Leverages tools for optimal collaboration (across geographies) and knowledge sharing
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in one or more Analyst roles previously, e.g.: Process Analyst, System Analyst, Data Analyst, Operations Analyst
- Experience with event integration patterns and swagger definitions
- Experience in translating requirements into interface specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience and knowledge in Payments industry
- Excellent analytical, strategic and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to analyze and capture non-functional requirements
- Ability to solve complex problems using a range of techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate analysis outcomes with large, senior stakeholder groups
- Ability to assess the impacts of change to requirements
- Proficient across a broad range of elicitation techniques to defining requirements in complex business and technology environments to meet business outcomes and customer demands
- Ability to facilitate ceremonies and drive outcomes
