About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Organisation and Methods Analyst to join our team and lead process improvement and organisational optimisation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for operational efficiency, systems design, and change management who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments.

You will work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and operational teams to evaluate current organisational systems, structures, and methods—proposing changes that drive sustainable growth, resource optimisation, and enhanced service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with internal stakeholders to understand existing challenges and gather input on improvement opportunities.
  • Develop detailed process maps, system diagrams, and documentation to visualise and communicate current state and proposed future state.
  • Evaluate performance data, reports, and job descriptions to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and risks.
  • Recommend actionable solutions to improve productivity, restructure workflows, enhance accountability, and support strategic goals.
  • Prepare and present proposals for changes to procedures, job functions, and resource allocation.
  • Assist with the implementation of new procedures or organisational structures, including issuing revised manuals and training documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with new procedures and assess their impact on performance and service outcomes.
  • Support change management efforts by facilitating stakeholder workshops, coaching team leads, and managing communication plans.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams where technology or staffing intersects with proposed organisational changes.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Organisational Development, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, organisational development, or consulting.
  • Strong capability in mapping and redesigning workflows using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN tools.
  • Proficiency in gathering, interpreting, and presenting qualitative and quantitative organisational data.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate workshops or interviews.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
  • Understanding of project management, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).

Desirable Qualifications & Certifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certification
  • Prosci Change Management Certification
  • PRINCE2 or PMP Certification
  • Advanced Excel or Power BI skills for reporting and data analysis
