  • Prepare and present proposals for changes to procedures, job functions, and resource allocation.
  • Assist with the implementation of new procedures or organisational structures, including issuing revised manuals and training documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with new procedures and assess their impact on performance and service outcomes.
  • Support change management efforts by facilitating stakeholder workshops, coaching team leads, and managing communication plans.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams where technology or staffing intersects with proposed organisational changes.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Organisational Development, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, organisational development, or consulting.
  • Strong capability in mapping and redesigning workflows using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN tools.
  • Proficiency in gathering, interpreting, and presenting qualitative and quantitative organisational data.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate workshops or interviews.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
  • Understanding of project management, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).

Desirable Qualifications & Certifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certification
  • Prosci Change Management Certification
  • PRINCE2 or PMP Certification
  • Advanced Excel or Power BI skills for reporting and data analysis
