Top Health Doctors West End is an established GP and skin cancer clinic located in the chic Montague Markets. Our clinic is a part of the Healthcare Hub offering a variety of medical services to the local community. We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should be committed to providing excellent customer service, possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail and with exceptional communication skills.

Duties;

  • Manage greeting, registration and departure of patients
  • Deliver quality service and assistance to the Doctors working in the centre.
  • Ensure that the facilities are clean and tidy at all times
  • Ensure accurate billing and receipting for patient services

Skills & experience;

  • 1-2 years previous Medical Receptionist experience required.
  • Computer literacy and ability
  • Mature minded with a view to a long term role
  • Proven multitasking, problem solving and time management
  • Accurate data entry and communication skills
  • Can do attitude
