About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated Reception & Customer Service Apprentice to join our team. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and develop valuable skills in customer service and clinic support.

What You'll Do

• Warmly welcome clients and check them in
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate information
• Schedule appointments and process payments
• Assist with setting up massage rooms and keeping the clinic tidy
• Support therapists with laundry and room preparation
• Introduce clients to our services and products, including upselling when appropriate
• Handle customer feedback and direct concerns to management
• Provide general administrative and service support as required

Pay & Schedule

• Casual Apprenticeship
• Weekdays: $22.52/hour
• Weekends: $33.58/hour
• Availability: Wednesday – Sunday (in person at our West End clinic)
