West Ryde Physiotherapy is seeking an enthusiastic high achiever to join our team in the role of Casual Reception and administration officer. This position offers a amazing opportunity to contribute to the success of our busy physiotherapy practice The position is on a casual basis - approximately 15-25 hours per week.

**What you'll be doing**
- Providing a warm and welcoming experience for all patients and visitors
- Manage patient inquiries, appointments, and bookings
- Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the clinic
- Communicating effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and the wider team
- Billing using HICaps and Nookal software system
- Ensuring all day to day duties are completed efficiently and accurately

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably within a healthcare or professional services environment would be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail
- A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and a positive customer experience
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Availability and flexibility is essential. Must be available until 7:30pm weekdays and Saturday mornings

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
