**Company**: Is a global manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, who set up a Financial Services to better retain customers and facilitate new customer orders.

**Opportunity**:Will be looking after Financial Services originations in the Australia and New Zealand region, for this manufacturer owned finance company.

**Role**: As the sole person representing the Finance Company in the A&NZ region, your role will be to imbed yourself with the Manufacturer's sales teams in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and New Zealand.

This role is focused on making sure the Company's financial services are represented and quoted on business coming through and also ensuring that exisiting customer limits are suitable for their CAPEX cycle needs. So the role has a mix of Vendor development and Direct equipment finance sales.

With the growth of 'pay for use' programs and 'subsidised interest, subvention programs' this role will also be working with the manufacturing business to find new ways to get customers onto your finance or leasing programs.

With individual pieces of equipment costing $30,000 to $1.5 million, these commercial exposures can get quite high. In some cases the could be structured across a financed truck and leased crane.

Total volume was circa $20-$25 million in the last 12 months. With lots of room to increase.

**Requirements**: We are seeking to discuss this role with people that can show:
1. Sales originations experience in Equipment Finance, ideally 'heavy assets'.
2. Strong understanding of Asset Finance products, structures, pricing and credit
3. Autonomous operator, who can accomodate business week travel
