Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive test strategy to mitigate organizational risk and enable faster, quality deployments.
- Create a structured test management approach and methodology for a stable and consistent testing environment across all projects.
- Develop and integrate automation testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage all testing activities to deliver quality outcomes, reporting on quality parameters and cost of quality.
- Identify and manage testing risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to internal frameworks, processes, and practices for effective Testing and QA management.
- Lead and manage a team of in-house and external vendor resources in an onsite-offsite operating model.
- Set clear goals for teams, providing continuous feedback to foster growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing protocols effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement by introducing best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
- Oversee tools and licenses, driving cost optimizations through automation and use of artificial intelligence.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Over 15 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 8 years as a Test Manager.
- Extensive experience in software testing methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid) and managing functional and non-functional testing (Performance, Application Security, Operational Testing).
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in delivering testing outcomes in a multi-vendor environment with onsite-offsite teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven capability in leading, managing, mentoring, and up-skilling teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
