**The Role**

The role would be further focus on adopting DevOps culture, championing ETL testing and collaborate with wider test team and leadership to find the right coverage in E2E Testing & ETL.

**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**
- Collaborate and support delivery, execution of projects encompassing ETL elements using industry aligned best practices
- Creation of all Quality Assurance work products for their team: Test Plans, Requirements, Traceability Matrices, Test Cases, Risk and Priority based testing analysis and test evidence collection
- Assist in defining testing metrics and build out automated reporting and dashboards
- Actively participate in driving continuous improvement measures to increase testing effectiveness and efficiency
- Work in distributed delivery model
- Coordinate with other team members, Internal Stakeholders, and Service Delivery Managers for proactive and consistent communications to the Clients Ensure team consider the end-to-end operational impacts and information security requirements

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- 3+ yrs of experience in ETL Testing with tools like SQL Server and SQL Developer
- Exceptional SQL experience with capability of creating complex queries from scratch.
- Create/Modify the SQL test scripts as per the ETL mapping documents and technical specifications & Requirements.
- Ability to leverage business, product and functional requirements to create test plans and test cases.
- Record and maintain testing evidence and track execution status of assigned test cases.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a consistently changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to plan and perform all aspects of software quality assurance activities to successful completion for complex, multi-faceted initiatives that span business and technology.
- Ability to clearly communicate status, risks, issues and recommend corrective actions to meet program and organizational objectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across matrix organizations in a fast-paced, schedule driven and entrepreneurial environment.
- Proven command of various software testing methods, levels, types, and processes and where they fit in the overall system and produce development lifecycles.
- Exceptional analytical skills in order to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and provide constructive input into the project
