**About the role**:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced **Maintenance/Gardening Supervisor **to join our vibrant **Freedom Rochedale community **on a **full-time basis. **Reporting to the Community Manager you'll be able to utilise your maintenance and leadership skills to proactively and effectively manage the smooth running of gardening and maintenance services around the community. This community at Rochedale is beautiful and well suited to an individual who is passionate about organised and timely work, and providing an aesthetically appealing and safe environment for our residents and guests.
- This is a **full-time **role working a **9 day fortnight **with every second Friday off **(long weekend every fortnight and no weekends)**:

- Be responsible for overseeing works undertaken by external contractors.
- Proactively delegate maintenance and gardening services to meet routine regulative requirements.
- You will attend to various maintenance requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff and others.
- You will liaise with stakeholders to ensure projects undertaken are safe, timely and completed to a high standard.
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks around the community as per schedules.
- Assist the Community Manager on any capital works undertaken and provide advice on any building and/or garden works required.

**About you**:

- Experience in Supervisory Maintenance and Gardening roles (required).
- Valid driver's licence (required).
- Current Police Check certificate (required, but if you do not have one, we can assist you in obtaining a new one).
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date (required).
