**About the Role**:
Green Options are a professional landscape management company that creates and maintain the prestigious grounds of some of Australia's high-end gardens.

We are currently seeking to offer an opportunity to join our team as a 'hands-on' Team Leader assisting to deliver quality gardening maintenance and landscaping for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Experience in a similar role is essential, as your responsibilities will include:

- Garden services including pruning, weeding, leaf and rubbish removal
- Identification and treatment of weeds, pests and diseases in both plants and turf
- Planting, feeding and fertilisation of plants and turf assets
- Assist with minor landscape upgrades
- Mentoring and guiding apprentice
- Maintain professional relationships with Green Options staff and external stakeholders

**About You**:

- Minimum 2 years previous team leading/supervisory experience on similar sites
- Sound horticultural knowledge
- Ideally, have a Certificate III Parks & Gardens / Certificate III Landscape Construction or equivalent experience
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- HS&E white card and a working with children check (or willingness to obtain)
- Double Vaccination required
- Drivers licence essential
