About the role

We are seeking a Full Time employee to join our company providing Garden and Lawn maintenance in private gardens in the Southern Suburbs and Sutherland Shire in Sydney.

The successful candidate must be passionate about gardening and knowledge of all things gardens, not just lawn mowing. Our company prides itself on looking after the whole garden not parts.

In this role, you will be a part of a team responsible for maintaining the grounds and gardens of our clients to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing regular garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and mulching
  • Identifying and treating plant diseases and pests
  • Planting and caring for a variety of ornamental plants, shrubs, and trees
  • Ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of gardening equipment and tools
  • Adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

  • Someone who enjoys working outdoors and enjoys working within gardens
  • Experience in the industry is essential
  • Willingness to learn is required
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • A current driver's licence
