Join Our Team as a Garden Maintenance Team Member

Are you passionate about bringing landscapes to life? We're seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our Garden Maintenance team. As a Garden Maintenance Team Leader, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine garden maintenance and care tasks such as Mowing, Pruning, planting, weeding, watering, fertilising, and mulching, to maintain healthy gardens.
  • Operate and maintain a variety of gardening tools and equipment, as well as the management
  • Monitor plant health, identify pests or diseases, and apply appropriate treatments.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure our outdoor areas are always vibrant and well-presented.
  • Manage and lead team members and ensure high-quality maintenance work.
  • Client Communication and reporting

Requirements:

  • Proven and highly experienced in garden maintenance, Horticulture, or related field.
  • Sound knowledge of plant care, soil types, weed and pest management as wells as gardening techniques.
  • Capability to perform manual labour with a high level of physical fitness, including lifting, digging, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Leadership & Team Management Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing landscapes.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Preference given to fully qualified.
  • Full Time Position.
