Our E-Commerce Coordinator assists in the execution and management of below the line marketing campaigns. They are part of the wider Marketing team and work closely with a myriad of team members to seamlessly coordinate the end to end campaign management across Sephora’s own channels.

**Responsibilities**
- Working with the creative agency to develop clear and concise creative briefs, ensuring consistent tone of voice.
- End to end campaign management, effectively working with all necessary specialty teams and programs.
- Manage the briefing and execution of landing page refreshes, boosting and brand banner updates
- Brief in homepage banner updates on desktop, app & mobile web.
- Work Closely with the external onsite agency to ensure all campaign banners and website updates go live on time and to brief.
- Assist with the setup of e-commerce promotions, markdowns and gift with purchases, working with external teams such as category, demand planning and logistics to coordinate.
- Be a part of the marketing & E-commerce team working closely alongside the E-Commerce Executive.

**Requirements**:

- Understands the importance of team culture and dynamics
- 1-2 years of experience in campaign management, E-commerce or marketing.
- Excellent understanding of existing and emerging digital marketing trends
- Previous marketing experience with a beauty and/or retail brand is a plus
- Places customer satisfaction as his/her core value
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and agility
- Able to display a past history of executing end to end campaign management
