With a 30% global CAGR forecast for online laundry services, this is a high growth space that we’re excited to bring to Australia and beyond.

**What we're doing**:
We are launching in the Sydney Eastern suburbs, and will look to grow sustainably across metropolitan areas. As with all marketplaces, marketplace health across both sides is key to success. Not only are we building a customer base around a habitual weekly chore, we are also building a diverse community of full time Spinners, stay at home parents, students, remote workers, literally anyone who wants to turn their washer & drier into an income stream. This is here you come in.

**What you'll be doing**:
In true start up style, this dynamic role requires someone who can take a hands-on approach while maintaining a strategic view. There will be high touchpoints across the spinner and customer experiences, both online and offline. What that looks like:

- Sourcing, vetting and onboarding our Spinners
- Maintaining Spinner quality and retention of service through training and support
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through customer support channels
- Working with the product team to optimise the relationship between our apps and offline processes
- Report on operational performance and marketplace health to the founders & leadership team.

**What you'll bring**:
The role will require an autonomous leader who can provide detailed, actionable insights and analysis and present and execute recommendations for business improvement.
- You are a self-starter and approach tasks with a positive and energetic attitude and are keen to contribute to a focussed, driven and fun team environment.
- 3+ years experience in previous operational roles
- Proven experience in project management and managing multiple stakeholders
- Highly numerate with the ability to turn data into insight and recommendation
- You will love using the left-hand side of your brain with a strong analytical and proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Previous experience in an early stage marketplace is not a requirement but will definitely give you bonus points
