ROLE PROFILE:
- Support and provide oversight to the HR Administrator in the team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of HR activities relating to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Induction, and employee life-cycle movements- Offer operational support and tactical advice to employees and line managers for HR related queries such as interpretation of ANZ policies and procedures- Oversee the co-ordination of annual employee life cycle events such as Performance Management, Remuneration Review, Talent Management and Learning and Development activities- Maintain our HR Information System (Workday) including regular audits on data accuracy and completing regular reporting across key HR metrics- Provide training and support for staff and managers around key HR processes such as new hire induction, monthly HR updates to staff and policy changes- Assist the HR Director and HR Managers with new/evolving initiatives as and when requested- Innovate and improve processes, procedures and documentation on an on-going basis

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Tertiary qualifications ideally in HR Management or Business related discipline- At least 2 years relevant work experience- Proficient at MS Office and experience working with a HR Information System (Workday would be desirable)- Solid understanding of HR Operations- Team player who is enthusiastic and willing to get involved in whatever it takes to support the broader HR team- Service minded person with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships- Have attention to detail and high level of accuracy- Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing situations- Ability to prioritise work commitments and work under pressure to meet deadlines- Good written, verbal and listening communication skills- Right to work in Australia
