About Your Role: HR Advisor - Ground Transport Systems (GTS)

An opportunity for a HR Advisor to join the team based in Sydney Olympic Park. As the Advisor, you will deliver accurate HR advice to the GTSA business on all people-related touchpoints across the Employee Lifecycle and annual HR plan.

Other Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver proactive communications to the business based on data and insights to ensure managers and employees.
- Drive the capability build of people leaders by providing advice and coaching on all human resource policy
- Providing advice to managers on counselling, disciplinary and grievance processes
- Working with the broader Global GTS HR team to deliver the HR Strategy including leading and supporting HR programs and projects

Qualifications, skills and Experience:

- Solid experience in a generalist HR role
- Solid understanding of enterprise agreements and Australia Fair work legislation
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed negotiation, mediation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with people at all levels, internally and externally.
- Solid experience with a HRIS (preferably Workday)
