**About the Role**

Mane Property is a boutique agency located in Clayfield that now has an exciting opportunity for a front desk Receptionist to join our close-knit team

Duties include:

- Opening, closing and maintaining the office
- Greeting clients, customers and visitors
- Overseeing the company calendar and organising meetings and events
- Stationery and grocery orders
- Data entry and bulk communication
- Preparation of reports, agendas and meeting minutes
- Light social media duties
- Filing, scanning, copying and other administrative support duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a Receptionist, Admin or similar role
- Possess at minimum a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) (or have the willingness to obtain)
- Tech-Savvy and proficient in MS Office and other programs
- Superior organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communicator in person, verbally and written
- Client and customer service focused
- Team Player
