**About the Opportunity**
We are looking for a
**Capability & Engagement Officer** to join our
**People & Culture** team on a
**Permanent Full Time** basis. We offer a hybrid working model, with some days working remotely from home and the other days based in our
**Head Office** in
**Clayfield**.
You will work closely with the Capability & Engagement Manager and Advisor, bringing our learning and development strategy to life and ensuring our training is meeting business and individual needs. You will also work in partnership with the Instructional Designer to create innovative learning solutions that are engaging, accessible, and meet stakeholder requirements.
**You will also**:
- Coordinate the planning, administration, and resources necessary to prepare and deliver learning and development activities within agreed timeframes and to specified outcomes.
- Deliver learning and development activities, including workshops and training to facilitate effective, consistent, and informative customer service delivery.
- Support the Capability & Engagement Manager in conducting training needs analyses (TNA) to identify skills and knowledge required for the roles and business units
- Create a variety of learning and development resources using authoring tools and video editing software.
- Provide administrative support as required including updating the learning & development intranet site, developing training procedures, generating compliance reports, monitoring staff registrations & attendance at training courses/workshops.
**About You**
You have previously worked in a L&D or similar role and have experience designing and delivering learning programs, including using authoring tools and video editing software.
You will also have:
- Excellent people skills with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
- High-level organisational and time-management skills
- Sound project management skills with the ability to meet objectives and produce deliverables within agreed timelines
- A go-getter attitude and passion for continuous improvement within the L&D space
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
