We are currently seeking a passionate go-getter to join our
**Teleradiology Team** based at our modern
**Head Office** in
**Clayfield **as a

**Teleradiology**
**Coordinator **on a
**Part Time Contract **basis (9 Month Maternity Cover).

The role’s primary area of responsibility is to support the ongoing successfully delivery of radiology services to the Qscan Group’s Hospital customers and co-ordination of teleradiology services, reporting to the Teleradiology Group Executive.

**You will**:

- Monitor the daily service delivery to hospital to ensure adherence to agreed performance levels and effectively resolve issues including escalation to management.
- Coordinate an ongoing quality assurance program for each service delivery contract, including the follow up of resulting opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and distribute performance reporting in accordance with each hospital contract.
- Analyse service delivery performance against key performance indicators and recommend options for improvement.
- Proactively seek out opportunities to support existing hospital clients with additional or improved services.
- Support the Teleradiology Group Executive and other senior officers in maintaining a high degree of awareness for additional opportunities to expand this part of the Qscan Group’s business.

**About You**
Alongside your excellent attention to detail, high-level problem-solving ability, and ability to think outside of the box, you have radiology and administration experience and are looking for your next challenge

**You also have**:

- The ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- A go-getter attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and give everything 100%.
- The ability to manage relationships using high level interpersonal skills.
- A valid Driver’s Licence and have willingness to travel.
- High Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite
