We want someone just like you to join our
**People & Culture (P&C)** team as our dedicated
**Talent Consultant.** This is a
**Permanent Full Time** position based at our
**Clayfield Head Office**.

**You will**:
- Design and implement strategic sourcing strategies on a national level to address hard to fill roles.
- Support the day-to-day recruitment function across the organisation and building people manager capability.
- Build and actively manage strong and trusting relationships with key stakeholders across the business and within client groups, with travel to clinics from time-to-time.
- Ensure recruitment practice and processes are of the highest standard, including reviewing, researching and developing recruitment policies and procedures, playing an active role in the implementation, communication, and up-take across the group.
- Support and coach leaders in recruitment processes, and partner with HR Business Partners to identify areas of development
- Partner with the HR Operations Manager, P&C to analyse industry trends and provide recommendations to inform Qscan’s recruitment strategy.
- Drive culture change through coaching and educating people managers in collaboration with the broader P&C team.
**About You**
Alongside your previous experience in recruitment and developing creative sourcing strategies, you also have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
You will also have:
- A creative & "outside of the box" approach to recruitment.
- Proven track record of success in the development and delivery of attraction, sourcing, recruitment and selection strategies and recruitment consulting for diverse clients and occupations.
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to coach, motivate, and support others.
- The ability to provide research and data to support recruitment strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong project management skills.
- The ability to remain organised and focused with competing priorities.
- Experience in Healthcare or Radiology industry - _Highly Regarded._
