First Contact is a service-oriented business that aims to deliver excellent customer experiences. We specialize in creating spaces that enhance choice and help people achieve their goals, with a focus on hospitality-led workplace solutions. Our team, founded by highly trained hoteliers, combines the expertise of running a corporate hotel with crafting workplace experience solutions.

**The Opportunity**: We seek an energetic and enthusiastic individual to take on this newly created role. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have an outstanding experience at The Cove ( Wellness Center)

**Here's a glimpse of what you'll focus on**:

- Handling all bike-related queries and booking repairs for members while they work
- Organizing engaging events and workshops to foster a vibrant community of active individuals
- Overseeing the adjoining sports and leisure facility, which includes a quarter-length basketball court, golf simulator, pool table, Peloton bikes, and sports lounge
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members and guests
- Managing WHS obligations of the Landlord
- Managing capacity limits, bookings, and equipment
- Troubleshooting equipment issues, e.g., golf simulator, TV/AV systems, operating lighting zones, etc.
- Handling incident reporting and compliance paperwork
- Providing additional reporting, such as information pertaining to the use of the facilities (e.g., busy times/quiet times)
- Coordinating setup and pack down for activations, events, and classes

**This position requires periods of walking, standing, sitting and/or manual handling.

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing position within an office, hotel, or hospitality environment
- Passion for wellness, fitness, and recreation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using various technology systems and equipment
