Sydney Place at 180 George Street Sydney has been developed and built by Lendlease in a joint venture with China's Ping An Real Estate and Japan’s Mitsubishi Estate Asia. The Sydney Place precinct is Circular Quay’s newest vibrant precinct, and includes Salesforce Tower - Sydney’s tallest commercial tower, three retail laneways, a revitalised Jacksons on George and dedicated public space, including the first plaza on George Street in over 50 years.
JLL is proud to have been appointed as the property manager for this premium landmark precinct and has a dedicated Building Management team based onsite.
**What this job involves**:
We are seeking a Concierge responsible for providing end-to-end customer service through each interaction. You will proactively approach queries and complaints and work to find solutions. This includes creating a welcoming and professional Reception Service within the building, including the provision of information and directions as appropriate.
Note this is a part time role, working between 8:00am - 6:00pm, Thursdays & Fridays.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors to the buildings. First impressions count
Provide assistance and direction according to the customer request
Assume responsibility for all Front of House areas ensuring they are always presentable. Report anything which requires attention
Provide Hotel style concierge and lifestyle services administration for the customers - including but not limited to; transport and travel arrangements, restaurant bookings, event bookings and tickets, booking of conference room facilities (if applicable) etc.
Be the ultimate host/co-host of community engagement events and initiatives, as required
Work with the Head Concierge, CRM and Concierge team, to proactively and continuously enhance the customer experience
Attend building events, meetings and training days as requested by building management

If you're a self-starter, goal oriented and love building client relationships then this is the role for you You've got excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus. You adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving and can juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic workplace meeting all performance targets. You think on-the-go and can collaborate with multiple stakeholders with ease.
Certificate Level in Hospitality/ Business desired but not essential
First Aid Officer desired or willingness to be trained
