**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Associate Director, Customer Experience, and supporting the Facilities team, you'll be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and the community—setting the tone for the entire building experience.
- This newly created role offers the chance to make your mark and build strong relationships while supporting events, communications, and operational excellence across the precinct.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Front of House & Customer Engagement**
- Greet and assist tenants and visitors with services, amenities, bookings and events
- Ensure the lobby and communal spaces are inviting, clean, and vibrant
- Manage visitor registration, feedback, and concierge support requests

**Community & Experience Activation**
- Support placemaking initiatives including activations, giveaways, wellness programs, and events
- Engage in real-time with customers online and onsite
- Assist with content creation for digital and social channels

**Facilities & Operational Support**
- Assist with access coordination, building pass management, contractor support, and safety protocols
- Support the Senior Facilities Manager in emergency procedures and compliance
- Coordinate cleaning feedback, inspections, and vendor relationships

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A genuine passion for people and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Confidence in handling multiple tasks and building rapport across diverse groups
- Experience in hospitality, events, customer service or concierge roles
- Strong organisational skills, tech-savviness, and a positive, proactive mindset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media and Google Analytics is a bonus
- A background in high-rise buildings, premium hotels, or A-grade assets is highly desirable
- Qualifications in hospitality, communications or events are advantageous
