In addition, you will ensure modelling and optimisation techniques for ASR meet business requirements and engage with system suppliers to deliver optimal revenue results through existing and new system capabilities.

More broadly, you will deliver and monitor improved optimiser capabilities driving better operational performance and engage business managers and SMEs to proactively uncover and explore new optimisation opportunities.

**You’ll have**:

- Tertiary level education in a relevant discipline (e.g. Operations Research, Econometrics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Applied Physics).
- Experience in Operations Research or related field
- Experience in one or more general purpose programming languages (Python/VBA /SQL/C/C++ )
- Demonstrated experience solving business problems using stochastic, heuristic or deterministic methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to a variety of audiences
- Preferably, experience in aircraft, crew or related operations
