**Role**

We're looking for someone to manage the company website and oversee the delivery of our CRO activity pipeline. The main responsibilities of this role will be the day-day management of the website and overseeing initiatives to improve customer experience.

You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external agencies to manage the day-to-day workflows, priorities, and details of website-related projects, ensuring these are delivered on time and meet brand strategy and business standards.

**Tasks**
- Manage the day-to-day details of the website project portfolio - including planning, resources, scope, budget, and risks.
- Oversee the delivery of the strategic CRO pipeline
- Create reports using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to identify marketing opportunities
- Report schedule, budget, and delivery details to project stakeholders
- Participate in project meetings focused on status reporting, problem resolution, feedback.
- Maintain project management deliverables
- Ensuring website quality and efficiency by improving the user experience of the website regularly
- Responding to and troubleshooting website issues
