**THE CLIENT**

Our client is well-established and highly regarded across the Bendigo region providing unmatched products, support, and service for almost 50 years. Their team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and helping their clients meet their security and window needs.

**THE ROLE**

As the Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of our client, providing the first and lasting impression to the valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Customer Greeting and Attitude**: Welcoming clients with a warm and positive attitude, making them feel valued and cared for.
- ** Managing Multiple Tasks**: Juggling various tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring smooth office operations.
- ** Schedule appointments**:Liaising with customers to schedule appointments and maintaining calendar appointments.
- ** Learning and Growth**: Eagerly adapting to new processes and technologies to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the team's success.

**ABOUT YOU**

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is essential.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
