**The Role**
We are seeking professional and highly experienced IT Systems Analyst to join our Digital Solutions Division.

As an IT Systems Analyst, you may work in an Agile multidisciplinary team as a Senior Systems Analyst or manage a small team of Systems Analysts. You will work with stakeholders to understand the technology-related aspects of a project, providing an analytical perspective when designing DEWR’s information systems, including software, hardware, and infrastructure, to meet specific business needs.

You’ll manage and maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations, in accordance with DEWR’s Information Management Guidelines. You will participate in planning, coordinating, and delivering tactical initiatives and project work that contribute to key outcomes for the agency.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
As an EL1 IT Systems Analyst you will:

- Manage and mentor teams through IT development phases in an Agile environment.
- Be an excellent communicator who can tailor and present highly complex technical information to various audiences.
- Develop, update and review technical design documentation.
- Have excellent relationship management skills and work collaboratively to ensure high value outcomes are achieved, risks and issues are identified, managed, and promptly resolved.
- Drive improvement opportunities that align with strategic outcomes that will deliver and uphold great user and client experiences.
- Facilitate engagement activities with stakeholders to support the delivery of team functions.
