AREA MANAGER - NSW RURAL

We have an exciting and unique opportunity for an Area Manager to join our Canberra Team. This presents an opportunity for a Senior or Executive Loss Adjuster to progress their career.

You will be responsible for ensuring our claims service remains superior in the industry. Your leadership experience will be key in managing and getting the best out of the loss adjusters’ you manage as well as identifying new talent to bring into the business.

As a leader, you will also manage a small case load, the purpose of which is to lead by example, ensure client requirements are met and identify areas of improvement.

About you:

- 10years insurance loss adjusting experience
- 5 years leadership experience
- Able to motivate and drive a team to success
- Excellent Business development and negotiation skills
- Able to train, develop and bring new talent into the business
- Relevant industry qualifications
- Strong organisational, and written / verbal communication skills
- A strong service delivery focus for clients, including insurers, customers, and brokers
- Resilient with a growth mindset
