- We're seeking a highly skilled Procurement Administrator | Specialist to support the strategic sourcing and procurement activities across our Industrial and Retail portfolio nationally. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering cost-effective solutions that align with our business needs and client objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support procurement strategies for facilities management and maintenance categories
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance evaluation
- Analyse market trends, supplier performance, and cost benchmarking opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements
- Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and tender documentation
- Maintain procurement records, systems, and reporting tools
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated years of experience in procurement or related field
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience in facilities management, real estate, or construction is a plus
- Experience in working with service based suppliers and contractors
- Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
