In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the General Managers of the Business Economy and Activation division, ensuring seamless operations and providing top-tier executive support. You’ll manage priorities, coordinate key business activities, and anticipate the needs of senior leaders in a dynamic and multi-faceted organisation. Your ability to navigate a complex, politically aware environment with professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency will be instrumental in driving success at the executive level. Beyond traditional EA responsibilities, this role empowers you to foster a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement. Working autonomously, you’ll handle high-level coordination, strategic diary management, and business support while responding to evolving organisational needs. **What you will bring to the Role** - Extensive experience in supporting senior executive level positions with the ability to anticipate support needs and multi-task within a fast-paced, high volume and multi-faceted business environment. - Strong business acumen with a keen understanding of priorities, coupled with a proactive mindset to independently manage workflows, make sound decisions with limited direction, and drive outcomes with professionalism and judgment. - Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently, professionally, and diplomatically at all levels of the business while maintaining discretion, assertiveness, courtesy, and confidentiality. - Experience in reviewing and preparing high-quality, business-ready documents, along with solid technical proficiency across various programs. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems while actively supporting and educating other users. - Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment supporting productive relationships with people at all levels and displaying the attributes to be seen as a leader. - Extensive experience in developing, implementing, and optimising policies, systems, and processes to drive administrative efficiency.
